Company Information and History Incorporated in 1946, West Virginia Electric is a leader in automation and material handling, specializing in automation, electrical and PLC Programming and electrical systems. Located in Fairmont, West Virginia, we have an in-house panel shop for creating custom electrical panels and warehouse for quick access to materials. Our Fairmont location on 4.22 acres of land with 15,000 square feet of office, warehouse and panel shop facilities. We maintain a technical staff of approximately twelve people, including PLC programmers, CAD Department, and office personnel. Our Field Staff consists of many licensed electricians and Field Supervisors with an average of 20 years experience in electrical installations. A satellite office is located in Beckley, West Virginia, to serve our customers in this area. West Virginia Electric has performed many automation and PLC Programming projects across the USA. We pride ourselves in the fact that some of our best customers today were our first customers 50 years ago. We believe that our dedication to excellence is what brings customers back.
